You may want to have a look at page 16 and 17 in the User Guide. This 
will you more information about the building order of the TB3031 PCB.

What you shouldn't do is build the unit in stages like VCO, VCF etc.

So stuff the resistors first, then diodes, IC sockets, small caps, 
transistors, and then the bigger electrolytic caps. Finally, the LEDs, 
trimmers, switches and pots.
