Yes!

Check out the old designs of BJ and OldCrows.
Both does soft/hard sync to the MS 20/Polysix osc.(same osc)

They show the most usuall way of doing it, BJ design uses
positive going pulses to sync basically just a NPN transistor,
OldCrow design uses negative pulses, as easy as the previous.
