Seems to me that it was Moog Music that wanted me to spend the $$$ on a 4-1/2 
digit meter so I could calibrate the power supplies,  which as it turned out 
had other problems...

If I were going to build something that had a mix of analog and digital,  or 
analog and stuff like LED indicators,  I sure as heck wouldn't use the same 
power supplies for both.  Or grounds for that matter.  Maybe used split 15V 
supplies for the one,  and a +5v supply for the other.  Real easy to do...

And completely separate distribution,  including the grounds.
