[sdiy] Output level on DIY distorion effect super duper low.. why?

So I prototyped my own distortion effect lat night (first time actually
doing something myself, instead of following a kit) and it works, it
actually distorts the sound, and quite nicely I think.

The problem is, that the output level is SOOOO low, but I can't really
figure out why.  If anyone is willing to have a peek at the schematic,
and make a few suggestions, that would be hella cool.
