[sdiy] X0xb0x almost working

built my x0xb0x, test the psu, all good, built the rest, seq seems to be 
working but no audio output from phones or mix out. I don't have a 
scope, just a bench supply and 2 multimeters. The only other test that 
passed is that I'm getting a the osc sound when I probe the pins on vr8 
and trigger r146 from r3. Any x0xb0xers have a clue what I screwed up. 
I've gone over the board at least 7 times now, found 2 resistors wrong, 
and after the first time I fired it up I noticed ic9 was backwords(gotta 
love sockets). I'm almost crazy at this point, I cleaned the board with 
iso alcho to remove all the flux, didn't get it all, could that be my 
problem.
