[sdiy] Hot Rod SynthDIY (DOH!)

Hey I found a mistake on my schematic. R11 is supposed to connect to -15V
and not to ground. However, R11 to ground gives the filter another
personality altogether which sounds quite nice though the output level is
reduced. So I have added a switch to select between ground and -15V. I
thought an appropriate name for this switch is "Turbo". So you now have the
option to turbocharge your VCF as you play. Can you get more hotrod than
that? It's just like Knight Rider now!!!

I also changed R21 and added R33 to scale the Freq. control better.
