Kawai has PDF versions of almost every manual for almost every product in 
their history, all downloadable from their website.  Keep in mind that Kawai 
isn't really even in the MI business anymore -- they mainly make digital pianos, 
organs, and portable consumer keyboards.  There's really no practical reason 
for them to bother with providing these free manuals (these are old, pre-Acrobat 
products -- just the scanning time must have been astronomical!).  Anyway, 
kudos to the cool guys at Kawai!  Here are the links:
