I actually spent all of 10 seconds searching for this wire just now and had
much better luck.

Belden 8899  18ga 65/36 stranded ( whoa! ) rubber insulation.  Not real
cheap ( 20cents/foot ) but not bad either.

I have one particular project that I need some wire like this for a portion
that passes a hinge...
