[sdiy] wondering how to a pcb behind a pannel neatly?

you might want to try a polyurethane construction glue - sticks 
aluminium to stone to wood to plastic, you get the idea...but of course 
epoxy will do the trick too.
make sure to degrease the surface with acetone and sand the aluminium 
right before glueing to get rid of the oxide layer - quite important..
