You could solder them there ( really...  look for Aluminum fluxes/solders...
use plenty of ventilation etc etc ).

Another possibility are they make studs that will press fit into a hole.  I
forget what they're called but when they are press fit they mushroom in the
bottom of the hole so they wont fall out.
