[sdiy] HP pulse generator

I picked one of these up recently but am still trying to figure out if
its anything I can use, its an ex airforce piece of equipment and has
trigger inputs etc and provides trigger outputs and gate outputs....both
+ and - and has delay and time control and settings for vernier this and
that...can anyone help me figure out exactly what it does? I am still
waiting to egt probes for a scope I just got so thought someone could
give me some info in the meantime
