[sdiy] poor man's alternative to a CS-80?

I went through a lot of different configurations of OTAs in finding my
favorite (sounds to me the most alike) Yamaha-inspired SVF. The only OTA
that needed linearizing was the resonance feedback cell. I made a lot of
trial-and-error gain adjustments to obtain good SNR. JH's models were
quite helpful back then. (It has been 4 years already!)
