Hey, that's not a real ring modulator, that's an ARP Odyssey-style,
Exclusive OR (XOR) pseudo-ring modulator! Not that there's anything wrong
with that. :-)

Changing the two 100K resistors on the left side to higher values will allow
more signal to pass through. You can install trimpots or front panel pots if
you want to have adjustable trim.

Also -- and I don't know if this matters -- but my assumption is that these
XOR circuits are designed to modulate pulse waves. Feeding them other
waveforms may or may not work as well. But I'm really not very sure about
that.
