[sdiy] Protel Component Design?

Is anyone here a Protel guru?

I'm trying to make up a couple of schematics and board layouts using 
Protel, but there are a couple of devices (namely a 2661 USART, an 
MC6850, and a 6N138) that don't have any library listings.

Has anyone made some of these up already?  Anyone able to give me some 
info on how to do it myself?
