[sdiy] PAIA VCO, LM13700 diode temp comp.

The diodes in the LM13700 is not how the temperature compensation is being 
done...despite the fact that this is what the Paia literature says.  The 
circuit is really using the fact that the Gm of the OTA is temperature 
dependent.

I would recommend that the expo transistors be glued to the LM13700....
