No, because it's a CPU, not a simple logic chip like early PALs or 
EPROMs. Those things are static, i.e. same input always gives same 
output. 

That method already fails with internal storage elements (PAL xxRyy, 
xxVyy), and even more with CPUs for obvious reasons -- altering the 
input pattern also means altering the program.
