[sdiy] CS-40M schematics?

Picked up a CS-40M today at a local shop, pretty cool little 
(not-so-little) synth! I love the filter for the non-moogyness of it. I 
like that it doesn't self osc. It has a character that is very different 
to any of my other synths or filters.

Anyone have the service manual or schematics online for it? The only 
issue it has is the portamento doesn't work, may be simple and I won't 
need the schematics, but I always like to have em around anyways.
