Ray's VCO is asking for 12 volts. hmmm...You're increasing the supply line
by 30%, but keeping resistance constant throughout the circuit. VCOs are
tricky when it comes to this stuff.  It's Ray's call - but you have a
potential problem with 1v/octave scaling.  It all depends on the range of
100 ohm scaling trimmer leading into the expo converter, if it has the head
room to compensate for this increase. Ohm's law gives you the answer if you
wish to change resistor values to do that compensation through other means.

Also the waveshapers may be effected -  particularly the sine.  If the
signal going in is too hot, it's not going to bend how he may have wished it
to.  There are plenty of trimmers there though - possibly you'll be able to
eat the increase through a combination of adjustments.  Again - resistor
values can compensate for any change in supply voltage, just as long as
those changes don't starve areas that feed off current.
