I new there was something I forgot to reply to.

Here on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, It's not the price but the
supply. Ever since hurricane Ivan we've had supply problems, and the
hurricanes this year have made things worse. We generally have two
to three days a week, with no fuel available anywhere within 30
miles. That means you waste 1 to 4 gallons (your mileage may vary)
of gas trying to find gas if you need it. I'm retired so it's not a
huge problem to wait an extra couple of days. The people who have to
drive distances for work can get in desperate situations.
