Okay, a survey:

0) sys admin. How many users on the list now?

1) http://home.sprintmail.com/~daugard/freds1.htm is the table of
contents for the book. Note that there is no VCO's, only signal
processing. Will you buy a copy in PDF format for $10.00 US through
Paypal?

keep in mind:
Book will be on the order of 3M.
250+ pages if you want to print.
no gaurantees of alignment on front panel labels.

2) Would you pay $25.00 plus shipping for a laser printed version
8.5 x 11 double sided printed punched for a three ring binder or
unpunched - your choice.

3) Would you pay $29.00 for same as 3 single sided printing -
(easier to copy and plenty of room for notes.

4) Would you buy the front panel labels preprinted on Denison label
paper for $5 (Standard set - 4 pages) or $1.50 per page from the
standard set. $2.50 per page, your choice of 9 labels. Printed on
white or clear, your choice. (White hides more, holds up less)

5) Essay question: How much would you pay, and why should I sell at
that price.

6) Bonus questions:

6a) I have a patch collection printed that goes with the book. I
think it's up to 150 patches - 1 per page. Any interest.

6b) How about if it includes an Audio CD with the sound of each
patch?

6c) I have an enginnering manual that has all the modules in Fred's
primer and all the circuits that didn't work so well and those for
Fred's second (Sequencers and Complex sound generators, controls,
and modern recreations of classic modules and effects) and third
(VCO's, Controllers, DCO's and sample play backs - don't expect
anytime soon). This is one page (with a few exceptions) double sided
printed with updates available. Any interest?

6d) Why should I share any hard earned knowledge? (This takes us
back to the orginal IP Questions)

Remeber this is a survey, reply off group. Take the [sdiy] out of
the header. Also any of these maybe available right now if you want
to send a check. We can discuss.
