You need a program called SAMDISK.EXE and/or SDISK.EXE. They were written for this purpose. I'll email them to you - they are small. Sometimes you may have a problem with one or the other so try both.
I've used these to make S330 disks sucessfully.
However, you need preferrably an old pc, 386/486 vintage and need to run DOS natively not a DOS window in XP or whatever. If you don't have an old PC - get one from ebay - cheap! You'll need it to support your vintage sampler!
