Bottom line from me on this subject (I hope!)

Like most of us have agreed if the books were available from the author we
would all be happy to buy them, we would not buy copies though since we have
all agreed that copyright theft is basically wrong. So clearly this is only
really affecting his true customers and not the copy guy or his customers
since they are all getting what they want.  What a shame, and quite ironic.
