But they already do! Taxation is surely theft, as in practice nobody 
really has the choice of not paying them. And I'm sure they're taught 
about Welfare, Social Security, Farm Subsidies, etc. I don't think it's 
right to teach children to steal just because 51% of the people think 
it's not theft. Do you?
