There is no assurance they would get along.  Regardless Rex has always
provided reasonable advice to me.  People tend to repeat and embellish
their conversations with him, but if taken in context his comments are
useful in either providing real knowledge or convincing you he put love
into the product you are about to pay too much money for.

Build with whatever cable you like.  Accusing the SDIY community of lax
standards and bad results is strange.

I'm curious, what turntables do you plan to use with your ultimate DJ
mixer?  If computers, what D->A's?
