That's a good point.  I brought this up last March when Thomas was throwing
in the towel with MAP.  IIRC, I suggested Small Bear and Thomas also thought
perhaps PAiA would be a good outlet for the books.  I'd sure like to see
them still be available.  I think Small Bear would be a great outlet,
myself.  A lot of DIY'ers, both Stompbox and Synth, get parts there, and it
would be a nice 'one stop shop'.  That is if both Steve Daniels and Thomas
would have the *time* to get something like that going.  One aspect of it
Thomas mentioned was that the software he used to draw the schematics is not
available anymore (some DOS based thing IIRC).  But heck, that guy on Ebay
seemed to be doing pretty well with Kinko's.

I think MAP was pretty much Thomas' only occupation for quite a while, then
he got that teaching gig, which is a pretty heavy schedule for him, and MAP
had to go.

I bug him now and then.  Made inroads on that filter......
