The reason for the piracy, is that there is no legitimate way to buy
his books at the moment.
I would appreciate it if anyone in contact with Mr Henry could ask
him to sell it through someone like Steve Daniels at Small Bear Electronics
(a mail order business specialising in stomp box parts).
Obviously it isn't woth while for tH to sell the things himself, but Steve
could sell them easily, I imagine.
