Interestingly, the service manual does not mention any voltages.
On mine, the keyboard outputs 1.039~1.040 V for the low C, 3.48 V
for the second (middle) A and 8.31~8.32 V for the fourth (high) C.
With VCO 1 set to 8', the middle A is 440 Hz. So I guess that
would be 7.91 mV/Hz.
