[sdiy] CA3039

I'm seriously considering using CA3039's in a project ( a diode ladder
filter ) where I need some matched diodes.  

Are there any considerations besides keeping D6 the nearest to ground?  I
get slightly concerned when I look at the datasheet and see D6 and a phantom
DS connected to each other.
