Yes. Of course, you should design for the "Recommended Operating Conditions":
    Supply Voltage (VDD) 3V to 15V
    Input Voltage (VIN) 0V to VDD

  As the electronics newbee i am, i'm trying to understand the 4066 datasheet.

  Is it correct if i think that the voltage that can be switched on / off with the 4 switches depends on the supply voltage to the 4066, and is almost equal to it. So if i supply the 4066 from a 9 volt source (vdd) i can switch up to 9.5 volts (if vss is 0).
