That is what i always have to do to any of the consultants have
been involved with, its included in the 10euro! Besides there was
never any "local guy", or "middleman", it was always the "enginer"
in the same rom as us employees!

The guy in india are not in india ,hes in sweden in the local office!
That is, he's in the chair nex to me holding my hand! ;-)

Dont agree to that, you are to pessimistic, i
have quite good experience from many freelancers.
(well i do have dreadful experiences to!)

You are to darn pessimistic about freelancers!

Have you ever heard about "clause's" in a time limited work contract?
In sweden the vast majority of consultants are out at the contractors
to do the work not farting around in a local office!

I dont agree to your general dissing of freelancers Rainer,
these days the market are more or less a meat/brain shop!
The art in engineering are almost gone!
