What, of course, is not included in those EUR10/h is increased 
communication effort for 
	+ you explaining the guy at your local office what you want
	+ him explaining the guy in India what he thinks you want
	+ you explaining the guy at your local office why the delivered
	  product is not what you wanted
	+ him explaining the guy in India again what he things you want
	+ ...and so on
	+ explaining your customer, why it takes so fscking long
	+ soothing your customer
	+ promising your customer that the product really will be ready 
	  and do what he expects it to do
	+ losing the project and eventually getting sued
	+ trying to get your money back from that outsource company

That kind of game might work if you're a big consultant company and plan 
to screw up something like the German road toll system, but not for the 
average contractor.
