  No, unfortunately, MAP is no longer around. I believe Thomas Henry got an
offer for a good gig teaching mathematics at a local university and that
occupies too much of his time. As to whether the books are still available,
well, that's a good question. At the moment, it appears they are not. I
can't imagine they would be a lot of trouble to print up again (it would
take more time than effort), and maybe if Mr. Henry gets enough requests...
 As far as the guy selling them on eBay, maybe I'll write and ask him if
they're copies or originals, and also keep an eye on him to see if he sells
them again.
