Is Midwest Analog Products still around? I found the site about a year or so
ago, and some of the beginner articles are what got me interested in DIY. Is
it still possible to get any of his book(let)s ?

I like the book, but it is not much to look at, aesthetically, being
just barely-bound sheets of paper. Doesn't bother me though. Of course
I hope it is an authentic copy of the book which they purchased from
Tom Henry himself. If the seller keeps offering copies over time, then
I'd suggest it's fake.

Is it rare and discontinued? I bought mine from MAP a little more than
a year ago. It doesn't hurt to write to them and express your interest,
it seems he does reprint things every few years if there is a demand.

My first introduction to the entire idea of Synth DIY was discovering
his Tab book "Build a Better Music Synthesizer" at the Boston Public
Library in the mid 90's. Very CEM/SSM-centric, but is a good read.
Certainly inspired me!
