[sdiy] Wanted: Thomas Henry Compandor Cookbook

 I'm fishing for the T. Henry Compandor Cookbook. I'll buy it from you or
trade you one of the other I have for it. I have the following: 3080 OTA
Cookbook, Noise Generator Cookbook, 566 Cookbook. It went out-of-print right
before I placed my very last order to Midwest Analog Products.
  Worst case, a photo copy of the book would work. I'd pay you for the
trouble and send a check to T. Henry, too. I'd just like to explore
compandors more and I always found his books to be a great help.
