[sdiy] Serge wavemultiplier schematics?

It's essentially the same as mine at:

except there are 6 stages, and the final stage doesn't have the clipper,
though it does have an extra resistor to increase gain (inv-input to gnd).
Resistors in each stage are 100k and 33k from memory.
