Interesting paper with a funny title:

"Design and Implementation of n-Scroll Chaotic Attractors From a General 
Jerk Circuit",
IEEE Tr. on Circuits and Systems I, July 2005, pp.1459-1476

Most importantly it shows a circuit realization with TL072 opamps and it 
looks easy enough to replace the adjustable resitors in the core 
circuit (which is basically a wavefolder) with voltage controllable 
elements.
