Not when you don't have tenure yet. ;)

I turn in my "tenure package" this summer, and then it gets evaluated by 
various committes over the course of the next year, and then I either have

It's a 3 credit hour class - same as most of the classes here - so I need 
to scale the workload to be about the same as another typical-senior level 
class.
