It's admittedly a first-order analysis.

If anyone has any advice on how to easily incorporate some second-order 
effects, I'd like to improve the model...

The only diodes I see that seem relevant are clipper diodes at the output 
that limit the output to +/- 15 volts, so I neglected that.

A better model for the op amp behavior, especially as the output starts to 
hit its supply rails, would be interested.

I wonder if there are SPICE models for the CA3160 out there...
