Hello Jay.

I wonder if the trouble might be due to measuring from an edge. There is a
lot of variation at the edge where it's touched to a grinder, by hand. The
holes should be within +or- 12/1000ths though. Josh, the maker of the
panels
suggested you get your measurements from one hole to the others for the best
match.

Thanks and I hope this helps.

Sincerely, Scott Lee

 Hello,

I've been working on a home built synth that I'm getting ready to package
in
a FracRak. I will be painting the panels and using full panel decals for
labeling and have some questions about the mounting holes. I'm having some
problems with getting the mounting holes in the decals and panels to match
up. So maybe someone can provide me with some dimension and tolerence info.
Maybe it's just my micrometer has leaped off the bench to many times and
isn't accurate anymore or the software/printer I'm using to draw the panel
decals isn't all that good. From what I can tell there is 0.25" between the
bottom edge of a panel and the mounting hole. The mounting hole seems to be
about 0.13" in diameter. That would place the center of the hole at 0.315"
if my measurements are correct. Also could you comment on what I would
expect the tolerence to be from the center point.

Thanks, I hope to have a pretty nice looking unit with the help of Paia's
 FracRaks.
