[sdiy] FracRack mounting holes

Does anyone know the exact position of the mounting holes in FracRack
panels?  I understand that they are horizontally centered on the 1.5"
panel (and the other sizes are just multiples of that).
But how far from the top and bottom are they?  I did some measurements
on printouts of Blacet module designs and I think they are either 7.5mm
or 5/16" from top and bottom.  More likely the latter.  But I'd like to
get that confirmed before I add these two holes to my own panel
(and I haven't got a FracRack yet, before you ask ;-)
