[sdiy] Dropping Control Voltage an octave.

Honestly, the simplest way to do this well is to use a dual opamp...
make an inverting summing amplifier and put in the MG-1 CV and the
offset voltage you like... then invert that again with an inverting amplifier.

A resistor divider will change the gain, not what you need !!!
