[sdiy] Octave CAT - Oscillating Filter

I've got a little problem with my Octave CAT's filter board.. the filter
won't stop self oscillating even with the resonance slider all the way down.
It responds just fine to voltage control (both an LFO and the Fc slider work
as expected). I've checked the power supply voltages and the point on the
schematic that says it should read ~0v and it checks out.
I've temporarily got a linear 100k pot instead of a log for the resonance
slider. Using a meter it reads from 0 to 87k across the length of the
slider. Could this be the problem? I'd appreciate if someone with more
experience with this kind of stuff could take a look at the schematic and
give me a few pointers on possible problems.
