Piece of cake.  I made the boards, used an eyedropper full of solder paste
to touch each pad, then dropped the transistor and a tempco onto the board.
Quick pass with the rework gun and they're soldered.  ( rework gun was $50
at the swap meet ).

If I can find a place to make these boards for me, I'll probably go into
production :-)
