[sdiy] LM394 vs MAT-02

Looking at the specs of the LM394 and the MAT-02, is there any advantage to
the MAT-02?  I mean, besides the phrase "improved direct replacement for the
LM194/LM394".

I'm extremely tired right now so maybe I'm just not seeing the difference...
