National LM3080s.   I've only gotten them in SMD but they're out there.
There was also that company that made the sketchy CMOS chips, I think the
logo is an SSS.  I have a couple of those too, but only as curiosities cause
I'd never trust'em.  Pretty ceramic and gold packaging though...
