[sdiy] ASM1 VCO tracking

Mine does not track so good.  But I am pretty sure its a problem
with my assembly, not the design itself.

No matter how much I play with the pots, I just can't get it
to track good beyond a 2 octave range.  This applies to both
OSCs.

Hmm.. now I am getting interested in fixing that...
