[sdiy] continuing my diy usb->midi rambling

So, i've got my device up running, windows finds it as
a usb audio device installs it and says that there's
no problems. But i've got one; it doesn't seem to
install any midi ins or outs so i've got no way of
trying to send anything to the device. I've got it
setup as the sample midi adapter found in the "USB
Device class definition for MIDI devices" spec. so i
guess that part should be OK. Any clues anyone?
