Spice Opus works on both Linux and Windows:

As for working with Eagle, there's a script (.ulp) for EAGLE to convert 
a schematic into a Spice netlist that can be more or less directly 
simulated. It's some work to do on the libraries as the names in EAGLE 
and Spice have to match. I haven't tried it on a complex circuit yet, 
but for simple things it works quite well.
