I was a bit to quick, your both right, im in error, i didnt wait enough
until my supply had discharged completely during sequential startupps,
also, i had an offset applied to the expo so it seamed like zero but
wasent, dumby me!

When i test stuff i have this "plastic-insert-tiny-cables-test-board"
type, i dont do veroboards.So i use to have a corner where a expo
allready sits and wait.
