It means that you cant set and unset a I/O port any
faster then aprox 3,43Mhz wich is crap. LPC2106 has all these problems.

Also, on several models the SPI are "extrodinary slow" so slow 
that you have troubble to interface a standard codec to the LPC.

Altought, all this hassle might have been cured in later LPC models.
